PROFESSIONAL
PROPOSAL
NEW YORK
END OF APRIL 2025
Dear Madam,
Dear Sir
Following our recent visit to your gallery, we’d like to share a short overview of who we are and what we’re offering — both in terms of artwork and potential collaboration.
We would be glad to continue the conversation while we are still in New York.
Warm regards,
Jean-Claude Bossel
and Fabienne Guyen Bossel
WHO WE ARE
Jean-Claude Bossel
Swiss artist and mathematician.
Painter, composer, and creator of the ® CODE BACH encryption system.
Jean-Claude’s work brings together visual art, mathematical and crypto logic, and musical structure, resulting in a singular and speculative art form.
Fabienne Guyen Bossel
Gallerist, publisher, and producer.
Director of FGB GALLERY Sà rl, based in Préverenges (Switzerland).
The gallery includes a showroom, offices and production studios (approx. 2,000 m²), located 45 minutes from Geneva airport and the Geneva Freeport.
OUR CONCEPT
Jean-Claude Bossel’s encrypted paintings are the result of several decades of interdisciplinary production, merging:
– visual art and speculative aesthetics
– mathematical encryption processes (via CODE BACH)
– and musical structure (inspired by the logic of J.S. Bach)
Paintings are sold through a pricing system based on strict mathematical rules.
Prices increase progressively over time, following a predefined curve. Each painting thus becomes a speculative object with investment potential.
FOUR CATEGORIES
OF WORKS
Our current artistic offering is structured into four distinct categories:
Category I
ORIGINAL PAINTINGS
BY JC BOSSEL
A collection of several hundred original paintings by Jean-Claude Bossel, in various formats.
These works do not contain encrypted messages.
They are available for acquisition and are currently stored in our professional showroom and depot in Préverenges (Switzerland).
Paintings containing encrypted content are described below, in category II.
A selection of Category I paintings can be found on the OTHER PAINTINGS page of this website.
You may also click the image to access this page directly.
Category II
INVESTMENT PIECES
High-level encrypted works with a strong speculative pricing structure.
These paintings are tracked over time via a published pricing evolution.
Their value grows mathematically, making them highly attractive for art investors and collectors.
Some are currently priced between several tens of thousands and several hundred thousand dollars, with a few pieces expected to exceed one million USD in coming years.
To understand the logic behind the price evolution, you may explore twelve examples of Category II paintings by clicking the image.
Category III
CLUES
Miniature diptychs or encrypted studies that offer hints or clues for collectors and players involved in our Crypto Challenge project.
They combine artistic quality with playful intelligence, accessible to a broader public.
For example, we offer a series of seventy-two miniature diptychs, like the one shown in the images.
Category IV – PRINTS
Limited edition prints (signed and encrypted), allowing access to Jean-Claude Bossel’s universe at a more accessible price point.
OUR COLLABORATION MODEL
We offer multiple modes of collaboration for galleries and professional intermediaries:
1. Sales commission
From 10% to 20% depending on cumulative sales volume.
Applies to referrals, direct introductions, or sales facilitated via showroom visits or Geneva Freeport deliveries.
2. Consignment
Short-term placement of 2–3 works in a gallery setting (no full exhibition required).
20% commission upon sale. This is primarily available in Switzerland, but may be considered internationally in specific contexts (e.g. fairs).
3. Direct gallery sales
Galleries purchasing works upfront benefit from substantial discounts, from 40% to 60% depending on volume.
This is ideal for galleries with strong liquidity and long-term client strategies.
4. Thematic exhibition project
Possibility of co-organizing a curated exhibition in cities such as New York, Miami, Dubai, or Hong Kong.
Paintings may be shipped or created locally in a temporary studio. Jean-Claude Bossel can complete encrypted works on-site from detailed preparatory material.
LET’S TALK
If this concept resonates with your gallery’s positioning or market strategy, we would be happy to discuss concrete next steps.
We remain in New York until Tuesday, April 29 and are available for follow-up meetings or private presentations.
Please feel free to reach out.
