Painted in 2013, the paintings of the "JUGEMENT DE PÂRIS" series are linked to the musical composition "JUGEMENT DE PÂRIS" composed by Jean-Claude Bossel, for soloists, reciter, choir and orchestra, on poems by French poet Charles Baudelaire, created in the Cathedral of Lausanne (Switzerland) in 2005.
This musical composition was commissioned from Jean-Claude Bossel by the State of Vaud (Switzerland), department of training and youth, dedicated to the choir of the gymnasiums of Lausanne.
With the financial support of the Suisa foundation for music, the Constantin Regamey foundation, and the Loterie Romande.
The score as well as the material for the choristers and the instrumentalists are published by Vocalis Editions, in Switzerland.
